Service Guidelines

Terms of Service

Please review the rules, responsibilities, and legal framework that govern our 24/7 security and surveillance partnership.

1 Agreement Scope & Term

This agreement covers the 24x7 live CCTV monitoring of designated sites. The standard term for our services is 12 months from the date of signing, unless otherwise specified in your individual contract.

2 Service Fees & Payment

The Client agrees to pay the service fee as outlined in their specific service plan. Payments are required monthly in advance, typically by the 5th of each month. Failure to pay within 30 days may result in immediate suspension of monitoring services.

3 Client Responsibilities

To ensure 24/7 protection, the client must:

  • Provide site access for maintenance.
  • Ensure uninterrupted electricity and high-speed internet connectivity.
  • Notify Watch Guard of any operational changes on site.

4 Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Watch Guard reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or site-level interference that prevents effective monitoring.

5 Liability & Limitations

While Watch Guard provides proactive surveillance and threat detection, we are not an insurance provider. We are not liable for theft, burglary, or damages occurring at the premises. Our responsibility is limited to sharing video footage and incident reports with law enforcement. Maximum liability shall not exceed one month's service fee.

6 Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
